For IT companies and Sage resellers

The hosting company that partners with Sage resellers and IT support companies.

Sage hosting is awkward. The licence rules are fiddly, the out-of-hours risk is real, the margin doesn't justify the on-call rota. We do it because we use Sage every day; you don't have to.

Two ways we work with partners

IT companies.
Sage resellers.
Different deals.

We don't compete with IT companies, and we don't compete with Sage resellers. We take the hosting layer off both their desks and let them get on with what they do well.

IT companies

You manage your client's Microsoft 365, their devices, their network. Their finance team uses Sage 200 - and you'd quite like that off your plate. We take the Sage layer. You keep everything else.

  • → Clear boundary, written down in a partner addendum
  • → Your client stays your client
  • → No competition on the M365 stack
  • → Attractive rates of commission when a referred client signs up
Speak about a partnership

Sage resellers

You sell Sage; the customer needs somewhere to put it. Refer them to us, we host them, you stay in their consultancy seat.

  • → Reseller keeps the consultancy relationship
  • → We don't sell Sage; we host it
  • → Attractive rates of commission when a referral signs up
  • → Reseller SQL access where the work needs it
Talk about reseller terms
On paper, before customer one

No turf wars.
No surprise
overlap.

Every partnership starts with the same document: who owns what, who pages whom at 02:00, and where the security line sits. Many of the Sage consultants who use our platform for their clients' Sage 200 wish all their clients were on it.

  • Sage 200 application hosting
  • The dedicated VM and SQL Server
  • Sage-licensed third-party add-ons inside the environment
  • Daily backup and disaster-recovery posture

  • Patching of the hosting environment
  • User provisioning into Sage

  • SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Identity (Entra / Active Directory) outside the Sage VM
  • End-user device management and laptop builds
  • Network, Wi-Fi, firewall, printers, cabling
  • General-purpose IT helpdesk
  • Joiner / mover / leaver in M365
  • Anything that isn't the Sage server
Three things that don't happen here

No upselling
around you.

We don't sell Microsoft 365. We don't pitch the client's IT estate. We don't take the consultancy off the Sage reseller.

We don't compete on M365

It's not on our price list. The IT partner keeps the tenant, the licences, the helpdesk and the renewal.

We don't sell Sage

Sage consultancy and customisation sit with the reseller. We host underneath; we don't write the report.

We don't bypass you

If your customer asks us something outside the hosting layer, we route it back to you. Always.

Partner questions

How the partnership
works.

Do you compete with IT companies or Sage resellers?
No. We host the Sage layer only. Your IT company keeps Microsoft 365, the devices and the network; the reseller keeps the Sage consultancy. The boundary is written down in a partner addendum before the contract is signed.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. Your client stays your client. We host underneath and route anything outside the hosting layer straight back to you.
How does the partnership work in practice?
You refer the client; we host their Sage 200 on a dedicated environment in Azure UK South; you stay in your consultancy or IT seat. The in-and-out boundary is agreed on paper up front.
Can the customer's reseller or consultant still access the environment?
Yes. Resellers and business consultants get access in the way that suits how they work, including SQL access where it is needed for reports or customisation.
What does each customer get, and where is it hosted?
A dedicated VM and a dedicated SQL Server instance per customer on Microsoft Azure UK South, with daily off-platform backup - not shared multi-tenant.
